We never see or store your full payment card details. Payment is handled by Stripe, and Stripe’s privacy policy applies to the payment step. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
To produce your custom-painted part, deliver and insure your shipment, respond to your inquiries, send you transactional email about your order, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We currently send no marketing email; if we ever introduce a newsletter it will be strictly opt-in.
Only the service providers needed to fulfil your order: our payment processor (Stripe), shipping carriers and their insurers, our email delivery service, and Google Analytics as a processor of usage data. Each receives only what it needs for its job.
The site uses cookies so the shopping cart and checkout can function, for performance caching, and for analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the cart requires them to work.
Order records are kept for as long as needed to honor our lifetime paint warranty and to meet tax and accounting requirements. Google Analytics usage data is retained for 14 months.
Email admin@genuineoempaintedparts.com to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep for warranty or tax purposes). Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act; we honor access, correction, and deletion requests from all US customers regardless of state.
This site sells vehicle parts, is intended for adults, and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
When our practices change we will update this page and its date.
