We provide the painted part itself—such as the bumper or tailgate—without additional hardware, grilles, or trim pieces. Most existing components from your original part can be transferred over to the new one, as long as they’re still in good condition
We use PPG Envirobase High Performance Waterborne Paint—the same type trusted by leading vehicle manufacturers. This ensures a durable, factory-quality finish that matches your car’s original color.
Although your part is dry and ready to install when it arrives, automotive paint continues to cure beneath the surface. For best results, wait 30–45 days after painting before applying a clear bra, wax, or similar products. This allows the paint to fully cure and ensures long-lasting protection
At this time, we’re unable to paint and ship aftermarket body kits. These kits often require modifications during installation, which makes it difficult to guarantee a perfect fit and finish before they’re installed on your vehicle.
Absolutely! If you have any questions or need guidance during installation, just reach out to us. We’re here to help and want to make sure you feel confident every step of the way.
After you place your order, it takes about 5–7 business days (1 to 1.5 weeks) to prepare your new part for pick-up, delivery, or shipping. If you choose nationwide shipping, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for transit.
No, we never fold bumpers or any parts for shipping. Each item is carefully packaged to protect the fresh paint and ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We ship to all 50 states in the continental USA.
The white powder is just baby powder, used to protect the paint from sticking to the bubble wrap during shipping or delivery. Simply rinse your part with water to remove it—your paint will be perfectly preserved underneath
This is known as imprinting and, while uncommon, it’s easy to fix. Simply use a microfiber towel with a rubbing compound—like Meguiar’s Ultimate Compound—to gently buff out the mark. If you’d like us to send you a rubbing compound, just let us know and we’ll be happy to help.
All shipments are fully insured against damage during transit. When your part arrives, please inspect it right away and note any box damage with the delivery driver. If you find any damage, take photos of both the box and the part, then contact us—we’ll handle the claim process and make things right for you.
Your paint code is usually listed on your vehicle’s information sticker—commonly found inside the driver-side door jamb, the glove box, or under the hood. If you can’t find it, don’t worry! Just provide your VIN and a general color (like black, white, or blue) when you order, and we’ll confirm the exact paint code for you.
No, since the parts we are sending you are direct bolt-on, OEM or OE Replacement parts, you can use all the hardware that is currently on your vehicle for installation. If you want to use all new hardware or need hardware, we recommend contacting your local dealer for any unpainted parts.
We no longer provide mobile installation, but we do offer installation services at our facility in Eaton, CO. If you’re interested, just contact us to schedule your appointment.
