You place the order with your VIN and paint code. We confirm both the fitment and the factory color with the vehicle manufacturer, order the part brand new, paint it to your exact code, and ship it insured. There is no guessing step anywhere in that chain, which is why the color matches when the box opens.
A painted bumper that gets folded for cheaper freight develops stress marks and cracked paint at the fold. We never fold parts. Every piece is packed flat with protective wrap, and a light dusting of baby powder keeps the wrap from sticking to fresh paint.
Every shipment is fully insured against damage in transit. Check the part when it arrives and report any damage to us right away so we can make it right. Small marks left by bubble wrap are imprinting, not damage: they polish out with a quality automotive polish.
