genuineoempaintedparts.com is operated by Genuine OEM Painted Parts, 3 Oak Ave, Eaton, CO 80615 (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older to purchase.
Every part we sell is a brand-new genuine OEM or OE-replacement part, painted to order in the factory color for your specific vehicle. Each product page states which tier the part is. Because your part is painted to your VIN and paint code, it is a custom-made item produced for you.
After checkout you provide your VIN and paint code. We confirm fitment and color against the manufacturer’s records before any paint is applied, and we contact you before proceeding if our verification finds a mismatch. You may cancel for a full refund at any time before painting begins. Once painting has started, the part is being custom-made for your vehicle and the order can no longer be cancelled.
Prices are shown on each product page and charged at checkout through our payment processor, Stripe. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Painting takes approximately 5 business days once the part is in our shop, and typical total time to your door is 5 to 7 business days. Parts ship insured, flat and protected, never folded, to addresses within the United States. For Alaska and Hawaii, contact us before ordering so we can confirm carrier options. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Every shipment is insured. If your part arrives damaged, email photos of the part and the packaging to admin@genuineoempaintedparts.com within 48 hours of delivery and keep the packaging. We handle the insurance claim and will replace the part or refund you. Do not install a damaged part.
Because each part is custom-painted to your vehicle, orders cannot be returned once painting has begun, except where we got it wrong: if the part or color does not match the vehicle identified by the VIN you provided, we will repaint, replace, or refund at no cost to you. This policy does not limit your warranty rights below or any rights you have under law.
Our paintwork carries a lifetime warranty against defects in the finish, described in full in our FAQ. The warranty does not cover damage from impacts, road debris, or chemical exposure, or paint failure caused by not following the cure-period care guidance published on this site. To make a claim, email photos of the issue and your order number to admin@genuineoempaintedparts.com; we will repaint or replace a part with a verified finish defect.
You are responsible for providing an accurate VIN and for having the part installed professionally. Freshly painted parts require the published aftercare during the 30 to 45 day cure window.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly with us will be handled by the courts of Weld County, Colorado.
